Thanks for checking out my wellness offerings!

My yoga and meditation classes are meant to be accessible to bodies of any type, background, and experience level. Vinyasa classes are offered with the intention of moving at a mindful pace, and for building strength and flexibility gradually, while considering love for self.

Meditation classes are based on mindfulness and loving kindness approaches to the practice (in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, for example). Again, everyone is welcome. You need only have a curiosity around meditation, and a willingness to explore your breath.

*Note: I realize that folks who suffer from trauma can struggle with meditation and/or yoga practices. Click here to email me if you have questions about how to practice safely. I’ll do all I can to find the information you need to proceed with care.

You can practice and/or learn with me in the following ways:

  • Le Center for Health & Wellness — Wednesdays, June 23, July 7 & 21, August 4 & 18  @ 9:00am – 9:30am (Mindfulness Meditation all levels). Zoom link to join here

  • Denali Fitness  — Tuesdays @ 11am – 12pm; Saturdays @ 9:30am – 10:30am (Mindful Vinyasa, all levels)

  • Sangha Yoga  — Tuesdays, August 3, 10, 24 @ 6pm – 7:15pm (Hatha all levels);  Wednesdays, June 23, June 30; July 7, July 14; every Wednesday, August 4 – September 8  @ 12p – 1p (Mindful Vinyasa, all levels)

  • Contact me to schedule a private session (60- or 90-minute sessions available in the Seattle area)
